FROM IDEA TO MVP

Want to buildan MVP?Let’s build it.

SOFTWARE · AI · HARDWARE · RF

We take products from idea to a working MVP: scope, architecture, build and test. Software, AI and hardware, with RF, FPGA and signal processing as our specialty. The engineers you talk to are the ones who build it.

  • SOFTWARE

Ship the smallest thing that proves the idea

  • AI

Prove the model on real inputs first

  • HARDWARE

Off-the-shelf parts first, custom boards second

  • RF · FPGA

Our specialty, when the build depends on it

HOW WE BUILD

Scope. Architect. Build. Test. Ready.

Every step ends with something you can check, so you always know where the build stands and what the next step will cost.
  1. 01  SCOPEDONE

The one thing the MVP must prove, and what can wait. You get a one-page scope.

  2. 02  ARCHITECTDONE

Parts, stack and risks, settled before anything is built. You get an architecture you can question.

  3. 03  BUILDDONE

Short cycles you can see and test. You get a working build, not a status report.

  4. 04  TESTDONE

On real hardware or with real users. You get test results you can trust.

  5. 05  MVPREADY

An MVP you can demo, sell or raise on.

WHAT YOU HOLD AT EACH STEP

  • A one-page scope
  • An architecture you can question
  • A working build
  • Test results you can trust

IDEA IN · MVP OUT

SCOPE.
BUILD.
SHIP.

Between the idea and the MVP is a route we plan before writing a line of code or ordering a single part. Then we follow it, one checkable step at a time.

WHAT WE BUILD

Software, AI or hardware: what changes in an MVP?

Most products mix all three. That is the work we like best, and where our RF, FPGA and signal processing practice earns its keep. See the engineering services.
SOFTWARE01 / 03

Speed.

Ship the smallest thing that proves the idea, then let real use decide what comes next.

AI02 / 03

Data.

Prove the model works on real inputs before building a product around it.

HARDWARE03 / 03

Lead time.

Parts, boards and test gear set the schedule, so prototype on off-the-shelf parts first and spin custom boards second.

WHO WE BUILD FOR

If this is you, we should talk.

  1. 01Founders with an idea and a deadline
  2. 02Teams that need a working MVP to raise, sell or test
  3. 03Hardware products where RF, FPGA or signal processing make or break the build

WHAT TO SEND US

Five things that make an MVP easy to scope.

  1. 01The problem, in one sentence
  2. 02Who uses it first
  3. 03The one thing the MVP must prove
  4. 04Your deadline and budget range
  5. 05What already exists: code, a prototype, sketches

Send them through the project form and we reply with next steps.

MVP QUESTIONS · 01

Do I need an FPGA for my MVP?

Usually not at first. A microcontroller or a small computer with an off-the-shelf radio covers most first versions. You need one when the MVP has to process wide bandwidth in real time, hit tight timing, or run many channels at once. Not sure which side you are on? Send us the requirement.
